At Holly Blue Designs, we craft bespoke timber structures through our From the Ashes collection. Using English ash affected by Ash Dieback—a natural resource that would otherwise be wasted—we create garden rooms, pergolas, shelters, and outdoor living spaces. The collection also complements children’s furniture and bespoke interior pieces, combining functionality, durability, and natural beauty for both homes and outdoor environments.

From the Ashes was launched at the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show in 2025, born from Ed’s determination to take positive action against the devastating impact of Ash Dieback. Ash has long been woven into everyday British life: once used for tool handles, fencing, thatching spars, hockey sticks, tennis rackets, wagon wheels and so much more. It remains a remarkably resilient timber—strong enough, even today, to support the Bells of St Paul’s Cathedral.
