SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship all stock items within 3-4 days but we will notify you when the expected deliver date is. On larger items these will be delivered either by us or by one of our couriers and will need you to be in so it can be signed for. Every care is taken to prevent any damage to the item.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a no quibble return on all our products providing they are returned to us in an unused condition. Bespoke items will not be available for a refund. Mattresses must be returned unopened for a refund.
PAYMENT METHOD
We take payment for most cards and can take payment over the phone is requested. Full payment must have been received before goods are dispatched. please do get in touch if you have any further questions.
